Lightbeam Health Solutions Expands Collaboration with Cardinal Health to Bolster Oncology Initiatives

Nueterra Capital portfolio company Lightbeam Health Solutions has expanded its collaboration with Cardinal Health™ to deliver more solutions that will support Cardinal Health’s oncology model initiatives, Lightbeam announced in a press release. Lightbeam will replace its Oncology Care Model (OCM) with a new Enhancing Oncology Model (EOM) in Cardinal Health’s Navista™ TS suite of technology solutions developed to help community oncologists improve outcomes and costs associated with patient treatment for value-based care models. The EOM will require participating oncology practices to engage in two-sided risk, as well as prioritize electronic Patient-Reported Outcomes (ePROs), health-related social needs screenings (HRSNs) and health equity programs. “With its expanded implementation of Lightbeam solutions, Navista™ TS is the all-in-one technology solution for patient-centered oncology care,” said Lightbeam SVP of Business Development Patrick Burton. “This partnership highlights Lightbeam’s and Cardinal Health’s joint goal of delivering innovative solutions to help healthcare organizations drive outcomes and succeed in value-based care.”
