Lightbeam Health Solutions Acquires AI and Social Determinants of Health Solutions from Jvion

Nueterra Capital portfolio company Lightbeam Health Solutions has acquired AI-enabled prescriptive analytics and social determinants of health (SDoH) solutions from JVion, Inc. Jvion clients will also gain access to Lightbeam’s suite of evidence-based Deviceless Remote Patient Monitoring programs, including CareSignal. The acquisition “will further enhance and expand Lightbeam’s proactive and preventive capabilities, bringing decisive, industry-leading SDoH and health equity offerings to tens of millions of patients,” Lightbeam noted in its press release.
