CareSignal’s Deviceless Remote Patient Monitoring® Implemented by Beaumont ACO

Michigan-based Beaumont ACO will implement CareSignal‘s Deviceless Remote Patient Monitoring® platform to help its providers reduce costs for their Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP) population through automated home monitoring between scheduled in-person appointments. Beaumont ACO chose CareSignal’s evidence-based platform because of its ease of use for patients and its focus on care management effectiveness of chronic conditions like COPD, congestive heart failure, diabetes, and hypertension, the company said in a press release.

The success of CareSignal’s platform in monitoring post-discharge opiate usage was the subject of a recent peer-reviewed study.
