Spinal Simplicity Launches Minuteman G5 Implant

As reported in Becker’s ASC Review, Nueterra Capital portfolio company Spinal Simplicity has launched its Minuteman G5 implant. The original Minuteman is a minimally invasive fusion device designed to fix and stabilize the thoracic, lumbar, and sacral spine pending bony fusion. The G5 improves on the original design with several new features, including a lower profile and the ability for the implant wings to be deployed and retracted interoperatively. Spinal Simplicity received approval from the FDA in December 2021 to use its implants as a treatment for lumbar spinal stenosis.
