Tim O'Brien, Chief Operating Officer
Tim joined Nueterra with more than 15 years of sales, sales management and operations experience. As the chief operating officer, he is responsible for the global operations and strategic and operational leadership of Nueterra's sales, marketing, management and international services. Under O'Brien's leadership Nueterra has increased its domestic and international portfolio through the addition of facilities, service lines, management contracts and regional offices. He is a public speaker, an instructor on strategic selling and a private pilot.

Denise Mayhew, Chief Administrative Officer
Denise has been with Nueterra since its inception in 1997 where she was involved in the development of surgery centers, specialty hospitals and ancillary facilities. Prior to assuming her current position in 2010, Denise led the marketing and physician relations teams. Denise brings more than 20 years of operational management experience in the ambulatory surgery, surgical and acute hospital industry.

Dan Saale, Chief Financial Officer
A certified public accountant since 1985, Dan oversees all of the financial activities of Nueterra, providing leadership and direction for financial services within the company. Before joining Nueterra in 2000, Dan served as vice president of finance for a major Midwestern integrated health system for 14 years. His experience includes, but is not limited to, arranging for initial financing of partnerships, as well as the ongoing management of existing ventures' revenue cycles.

David Ayers, Chief Executive Officer of U.S. Operations
As Chief Executive Officer of U.S. Operations, David provides executive leadership for Nueterra's management and clinical operations, leading a team of healthcare professionals who develop, manage and grow facilities across the U.S. He has 30 years of experience developing, building and managing hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, imaging, physical therapy and urgent care centers throughout the United States. David also participates in a leadership role for advocacy initiatives at state and national levels.

Steve Harmon - Chief Executive Officer, Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC), Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Operations
Steve jointed Nueterra with more than 10 years of experience in international development. He was named the chief executive officer over the international operations in 2010 where he provides strategic direction over Nueterra’s international operations. Since being named the CEO of LAC, and EMEA Operations, Harmon has been responsible for establishing regional offices in Miami, FL, Dubai, UAE and London, England and global product offerings which support Nueterra’s international objectives.
