Patient referrals in the medical exchange begin with a phone call or email from a doctor, third-party administrator or patient. The patient flow process is assisted by knowledgeable case managers and medical concierge personnel using a web-based software tracking system. This cloud-based system allows each patient's medical and financial status to be viewed by members (physicians, insurance, referring doctor, etc.) of the global alliance network through a secure, cloud-based system from anywhere in the world.
